7-Day cleanse recommended Dosage and Usage information:
Take 2 glasses (200 ml each) of redjuice on the first day. The next day you should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate. If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior by the next day, or if the difference was not dramatic, then increase your dosage by 1 glass (200ml) on that day. Most people need only 2 servings, but a few have needed over 5 servings a day. Your goal is to have 2-4 bowel movements a day for 7 days. Once you find your dosage, that is day 1 of the 7 day cleanse. You will stay on this dosage for 7 consecutive days.
If you are having 5 or more bowel movements a day, reduce your daily dosage by 1 serving, then increase the cleansing period from 7 days to 10 days.
Some people have a lot of compacted fecal matter and may not have a bowel movement until the 3rd or 4th day. This is quite normal. Each person will be different. Please give redjuice a minimum of 7 days to do this job. After the 7-day cleanse, one may increase or decrease dosage to find own level of comfort. Redjuice is non-habit forming. Just like your favorite food, intake could be stopped anytime. While taking redjuice make sure you drink 10 or more glasses of water everyday.
The exact number of servings to take will vary depending on your weight, previous dietary habits, exercise patterns, and stress levels, redjuice could be taken after meals or before bedtime, with or without food. Best when served chilled. Always shake well before using.
